FAQs: Mini-Retreat for Moms

When / How long is the event?

The mini-retreat is Sunday, September 29, from 9 am - 12:30 PM. Participants are greatly encouraged to attend the whole event; however if that is not possible, please get in touch with me and we’ll see what we can work out!


What should I wear?

Wear clothes you’re comfortable and can move in! Layers would also probably be helpful, I imagine we’ll experience a range of temps and we’ll be able to get outside if the weather allows.


What should I bring?

Bring a notebook and pen, water bottle, yoga mat and blocks / blanket if you have them (I’ll have some extras for those who don’t have their own or forget).


Can I bring my child?

This is a mamas-only event, designed to give you respite from your day-to-day responsibilities and focus on YOU! Please arrange for childcare.
