Fall Mini-Retreat for Moms

Join other local mamas for a half day retreat at a wonderful community space just South of Ithaca. We’ll practice yoga, nibble on some seasonal goodies (I got you, pumpkin spice fiends!), do some mindful journaling and meditation, and spend time in nature.

Mini-Retreat for Moms

I know how hard you work, mama. You’re taking care of all the things for all the people each and every day. If you’re anything like me, you might also have some feelings about that fact. ;) Maybe there’s a story in your head like, “Everyone always wants a piece of me,” or “I’m never going to have any time for me.” Maybe you tell yourself another story like, “My kid is never going to get through this phase” or “I’m not doing enough.”

Most of us tell some kind of story that is keeping us from being the mom / partner / person we want to be. Together we’re going to REWRITE the stories we tell ourselves so we can be grounded each day in gratitude and our personal values. We’re also going to REJUVENATE ourselves through some well-deserved peace & quiet, delectable food, and connection with fellow moms who are in the thick of it, just like you.

Join other local mamas for a half day retreat on a beautiful homestead nestled in the valley just South of Ithaca. We’ll practice yoga, eat a delicious locally sourced / foraged brunch, do some mindful journaling and meditation, and spend time in nature.

Think of it as Galentine's Day meets foodie brunch meets mindfulness retreat.

I can’t wait to see you there!

How do we make the holiday season truly magical?

I believe it is by keeping it simple, and being intentional about what we say yes to (and, even more importantly - what we say no to).

COVID is changing a lot - this holiday season will be no different. But what if we saw this as an opportunity - a blank slate upon which to create the fully present, magical moments we’ve been longing for all these years?

This workshop is for you if

  • You usually experience holiday-induced stress or anxiety

  • You would like to simplify your holiday traditions, or at least your holiday plans for this year

  • COVID has dashed all your normal plans and you’re at a loss for what to do to make this year special amidst the difficulties the pandemic brings.

I’m not going to tell you how to spend your holiday season in order to make it feel truly magical for you and your family. I can’t tell you what’s best for you - only you & your Inner Knowing can do that.

This is a space for you to carve out some time to identify your values & decide how you’ll live them this holiday season. I’ll help guide you in the process.

Mama Bear Den Mini Retreat

Mom Life can be hectic and require a full plate. These days, many of us are feeling even more overwhelm or anxiety as we navigate the uncertainty and juggle even more responsibilities than normal.

We may be in uncharted territory, but now more than ever we have an opportunity to model self care for our child(ren) and support one another. It’s time we carve out some time for ourselves and retreat!

Join me for the Mama Bear Den - a cozy, virtual mini retreat for moms of all kinds to take time for themselves, connect with other mamas, and reconnect with their inner selves.

This two hour online mini-retreat will include yoga, meditation, journaling, and an opportunity to connect with other mamas.

Cost is $20 per individual; if you bring a friend you each get a $5 discount!

Please note: it’s best if you have a yoga mat, a throw blanket or two, and a pillow or two. If you have yoga blocks or a bolster, grab those, too! if not, no worries. This is also meant to be time for you, as a mom, to carve out time for yourself. Please make sure you’ll have a room/space to yourself at home where it will be (at least somewhat) quiet and you won’t be interrupted. You won’t regret this time for you!
