Stretch. Tone. Relax! Each class will begin with gentle but powerful movement to help you tone muscles, increase stability, protect your changing body, and build endurance for childbirth. The second half of class is saved for well-deserved relaxation. Through restorative poses, breathing techniques, and meditation, you will quiet your mind and turn your attention inward. You will leave feeling calm and refreshed!
This class is in the Community Room at Jillian’s Drawers - accessible via Center Ithaca and through the main entrance of Jillian’s Drawers from the Commons.
**Please come to class 15 minutes early to get changed, settled, and to get to know the other students!** Cost: $15/class, or $50 for a 5-class package. Try your first class for only $5!
Clean yoga mats & blocks will be provided. Drop-ins and partners are always welcome!
